What we collect

What you tell us when you contact us.

For our Consultant Network: your contact details, qualifications, experience, areas of expertise, professional registration, and the documents you email to us, usually your CV and certificates.

The website does not collect analytics.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to review and manage Consultant Network registrations and match consultants to future assignments, to manage business relationships, and to meet our legal obligations. We process personal information only where POPIA allows it, for example with your consent or to take steps towards a contract.

Consultant Network

Registration does not guarantee work. We never include your CV, qualifications or profile in a proposal, tender or client engagement without first discussing it with you and obtaining your explicit consent.

We keep registrations while they are active and relevant to future assignments. You may ask us to update or remove yours, with its documents, at any time.

Who sees it

Authorised 4 Chakras Consulting staff and the providers who host our website and email. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing. We disclose information only where the law requires it.

Where it is kept

Your personal information stays in South Africa. Our website, its backups and our email are all hosted here.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep it only for as long as we need it or the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Information Regulator. Requests go to our Information Officer.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work and stay secure. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
