Young Women in Consulting Programme
Creating opportunities for a new generation of women in consulting.
24 years of building the business put us in a position to give something back. The programme supports young women who are studying or starting their careers, through structured learning, mentoring and practical exposure to consulting work.
It runs over five years, with a formal assessment of capability, performance and readiness every six months.
