When you contact us

We collect your name, contact details and your message, so that we can reply and manage any business relationship that follows.

When you register with our Consultant Network

We collect your contact details, qualifications, experience, areas of expertise and professional registration, and the documents you email to us: usually your CV and certificates. We use them to review your registration, keep our consultant database and match you to future assignments.

Do you have to provide it

Providing your information is voluntary. Without the details marked as required, we cannot reply to you or process your registration.

Who sees it

Authorised 4 Chakras Consulting staff and the providers who host our website and email. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

We never include your CV, qualifications or profile in a proposal, tender or client engagement without first discussing it with you and obtaining your explicit consent.

Where it is kept

Your information stays in South Africa.

How long we keep it

We keep Consultant Network registrations while they are active and relevant to future assignments, and enquiries for as long as we need them or the law requires. You may ask us to update or remove your registration and its documents at any time.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Requests go to our Information Officer.
